Terms & Conditions
Our terms and conditions apply to the use of this website. Please read our terms and conditions and if you do not agree with them then please do not use our website. If you wish to access our website and/or place an order, you thereby agree to our terms and conditions. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
We reserve the right to alter prices at any time.
Accuracy of colour - Whilst we have taken every effort to show colours as accurately as possible within the limitations of photography, we cannot guarantee that the colour shown on your monitor will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.
Acnowledgement of your order
We will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order. Our acceptance of your order will be confirmed upon despatch of your goods.
Delivery
Once you have placed your order and we have checked your card details and stock availability, your card will be debited for the goods in stock which are ready for dispatch. We will endeavour to despatch your goods within 10 working days however, the maximum delivery period would be within 30 days. Our deliveries will require a signature and for this reason we cannot deliver to PO Box numbers. If your order is urgent or a gift then please email to check stock situation. If for any reason you require a next day delivery of goods, we can arrange to send it Special Delivery, please email for an estimated additional cost for this service. Minimum Delivery Charges
UK £3.60 - plus £1.00 per additional item Signed for service to mainland UK address, including the Scottish Islands.
Delivery to Europe £4.95 - plus £1.00 per additional item.
USA £6.25 - plus £1.00 per additional item.
Items will be sent by Airmail to Europe and USA.
Airmail has no tracking facility on the service.
If however you wish to have a 'signed for facility' please add a further £3.50 to the postal costs.
We always get a Proof of Postage certificate from Royal Mail when we despatch goods. However, Madhowz cannot accept any responsibility for non delivery of goods if you do not use this additional postal facility.
Your delivery charge will be confirmed at the time you order.
Out of Stock items
Goods are subject to availability. If your item is out of stock then we will inform you by email giving you an estimated delivery schedule.
Returns Policy
If you change your mind once you receive your goods – that’s ok we’re happy to refund or exchange your order. You must return the goods, unused, with original packaging, within 30 days of receipted delivery, along with an explanation and reference number. Returned goods must be of merchandisable quality and resaleable as we will not accept returned goods if they have been previously worn or used. Please obtain a proof of posting from the Post Office when returning goods as this will ensure you will receive a full refund if your goods are lost in the post.
We will always refund or replace any faulty item free of charge. Please return the goods within 14 days of receipted delivery, with original packaging, reference number and a note explaining what the fault is. It is important for us to see the problem so we can rectify any production problems that may have occurred.
We will only refund to the same credit/debit card the goods were bought with.
If you wish to return any goods then please email and we will send you a pdf of our returns form for you to print out.
Cancelling your order
Under the distance selling regulations you have the right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods. If you would like to cancel your order, please email info@madhowz.com with details of your order and reference number.

Errors and Omissions
We aim to keep our website accurate, up to date and free of errors. However we cannot accept any responsibility for errors and omissions. We reserve the right to amend our prices and specifications without prior notice.
VAT
All prices are inclusive of VAT (currently 17.5 percent) except where exemptions apply.

YOU AGREE THAT THE COMPANY PARTIES MAXIMUM LIABILITY ARISING FROM ANY PRODUCT SOLD SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PRICE OF SUCH PRODUCT. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OF EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR CERTAIN DAMAGES SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU TO THE EXTENT SUCH JURISDICTIONS LAW IS APPLICABLE TO THIS AGREEMENT.
